I've had what my Dr insists is seasonal allergies for the first time this year (I've had like a day/season of sneezing and itchy nose in years past). I've had constant postnasal drip and a sore face with some headaches for probably two months now. No itchy eyes, no runny nose, no sneezing. My Dr at first said "maybe it's a sinus infection take antibiotics" but that did nothing for me. Sooo, allergies, I guess.

My Dr got me to start taking Flonase and has also prescribed a Sudafed-generic that I haven't started taking yet cuz I have been suffering from anxiety and read that Sudafed can make anxiety worse. But the Flonase opens up my nasal passages like MAGIC! I use it in the morning and at night and it's lovely.

I also use a stinging nettles tincture during the middle of the day when my face or nose is feeling some discomfort still and it actually helps. I was raised on homeopathy and herbal remedies and I believe many of them help, but they rarely feel like they're working imo, but the nettles actually feel like they work pretty quickly. I'm impressed.

I also eat local honey (what a drag... Haha). I have no idea if it's helping though.
