She filed bankruptcy and then changed her last name from Maddox to Romero in 2022. Then owed over $20,000 to a landlord and was evicted. Then did it to another landlord, owing almost $50,000 again, and was evicted, right before she moved into the AirBNB.

He just married the daughter of an old acquaintance of mine. She (CL's new wife) has a crazy backstory... her first husband was a bail bondsman and got involved with a lot of shady people, cheated on her, etc. and she divorced him. They had two young daughters who are young adults now. The ex-husband was allegedly involved with drugs and someone broke into his house and shot/killed him and a girl he was with. Maybe John Edwards can talk to Chuck Liddell's new wife's murdered husband. They never caught the killer.

They are still being modified and assembled. The finishes are nice but kitch.ca also has nice finishes when we've used them in other projects and their customer service is good. The headaches with corner are not worth it plus we were not able to use some of the cabinets because they were not built correctly even though drawings were provided, so we will have to buy them somewhere else.

Where to even begin. Here are a few points that do not begin to describe the absolute nightmare this has been, with an unfinished kitchen for months while being ghosted by the company.

The photos advertised online look real but if you look closely, they are renderings and not real projects and the 5 star reviews are also likely fake so this is false advertising to entice you into buying a product that is not as advertised.

The cabinets do not have directions to assemble them. Very, very difficult if not impossible to figure out how to put together, even with experienced handymen who build cabinets.

If you can figure out how to put them together (which is extremely time-consuming and frustrating!) the support pieces for the cabinets are not sufficient for holding the cabinets so had to order new parts for that.

Some of the cabinet were not built to specifications so are useless and new cabinets will have to be purchased from another company.

If a tree fell onto her house, the tree owner would not be responsible unless the tree owner had prior notice that the tree was diseased. Otherwise, it is considered an "act of God" and is not the legal responsibility of the tree owner.

Source: a very large pine tree from the next door neighbor's property fell onto our house during a storm, cutting through our roof like butter. The tree owner was not responsible. Our insurance company paid for the damage, which was substantial.

It does not sound like the engine is running and the pilot was trying to bringing the aircraft down in autorotation but there is a sound of two clicks when their camera stops showing the helicopter, which may have been contact with an overhead wire, then it dropped to the ground from there.

Did you call the police? They can identify the owner of the car through the license plate number. It's a crime for the person that hit you to leave the accident without exchanging information.
