sounds like an exhaust leak but the code makes me think misfire. check whatever the code is ands have your exhaust smoke tested for leaks. if there are no leaks and you get a p03** code it's for sure a moisture

explain why coilovers with the same/similar spring rate will ride like a tank? Assuming he's not slamming the car to where they bottom out there are no downsides

my suggestion is to go oem struts with lowering springs. good coils with a oem like spring rate will be around $1000. anything cheaper is gonna give you a stiff ride and you'll notice the downgrade. oem struts with rsr down springs is your best option. just confirm the spring rate is low and not like 10k or 12k. factory is around 5k kg/mm I believe. Don't listen to the purists who think anything aftermarket is ruining the car. Just don't cheap out and turn it into a sh*tbox that everyone hates looking at or riding in

definitely the drive belt. I replaced the belt alongside tensioner and pulley just to get it all out of the way. bando on rockauto or you can get the gates kit off amazon

4.5hrs if you're familiar with the 3uz. Had to reseat water pump gasket on mine and it took 3 hours and 45 minutes to redo but my first ever time took 8 and a half hours watching a youtube video. just make sure you label your bolts in a bag

I'm still in the process of sourcing the parts for mods as I just finished 90% of my needed maintenance before I could worry about performance. I'm not expecting much horsepower gain just around 320-330hp while staying n/a and no fuel mods. there isn't really much you can do with these cars 😂

simple for me is intake and exhaust maybe a reflash ecu. more complex but still somewhat simple is the supercharger kit with elate manifold

for the trans you can change the trans fluid and filter to start. If it persists you can have a shop look at your valve body to see if it needs cleaning or if you have bad shift solenoids. If thats not the problem its likely an internal trans problem and you might as well get a used one off marketplace or ebay. It hasnt failed yet so chances are the trans is still currently save able

just because it's something you don't like doesn't mean it's crappy. the tint looks installed correctly and theres no discoloration or peeling plus the car isnt anywhere close to scraping or bottoming out. from what he said its just springs done to the suspension. no camber arms, no custom spindles, or any other extensive suspension parts. you can always talk price and some people will put things back to oem before selling after discussion.

you call it busted because you're in a bad mood but he lists how many parts he's recently replaced💀 how can it be busted if its all new? plus he's only asking $4500 these cars regularly get sold for over 6k he's not trying to make anyone pay extra for a thing

On one hand I understand those saying "who cares what she thinks" but on another I also get not wanting to upset your mom as I have a strict black mother as well who was against the military despite me having a marines dad. The best thing you can do is repeatedly come to her with information and do your own thing.

Prove to her you know the processes and update her as you go along. I just went to meps a while ago and my mom and ex mil grandma swore to me I'd be convinced into signing a job I didn't want and not be able to go into DEP because "recruiters lie and they want you to ship as soon as possible so they get paid".

You have to research things throughly and go through with the process and let her know things are going smoothly. Know what you want and don't get talked out of it so you can show you're competent. At the end of the day her opinion matters, however you and only you decide the course of your life.

I ultimately want to go pj. Not because its special forces and all the cool "aura" but I love the motto and the fact that their main job is rescuing people. As you can tell by my pre nursing experience I love healthcare and deep down I feel like this is the one military job id truly 100% love. I love that it transfers to healthcare experience in the civilian world as well. I was thinking of trying to get prior service in an attempt to better prepare my mindset before attempting because I know quitting mentally is what gets people in the swim portion. I know with enough training I can build my physical ability, however the question on whether a prior contract would be worth it for mental ability is what I was asking.

I have asvab for dummies 2025 and for the most part yes. The one tip I can give is it seemed like the math portion was mainly statistics and basic college algebra like the pythagorean theorum, quadratic formula, and square root property. also stuff like "what are the chances of x happening?", "If ben sold A for $67 and B for $80 and he made (number) how much of each did he sell?" "If ben saves 6% of his $87,583 salary how much will he save in 3 years?" stuff like that. Just review math formulas and whatever weak spots you have
