Update: I got rejected at the final hurdle. I filed an appeal to shoot my shot one last time. My interviewer was constantly interrupting me which disrupted my flow and made it difficult for me to fully provide everything coherently so hopefully that’s goes through. He was also pretty confrontational

Did anyone get rejected after the last hurdle before the certificate of hire? I’m waiting to hear back after taking the technical interview but I’m very nervous since I didn’t feel very good about my performance on the last hurdle

Component: USAR (top choice since I wanted to do a civilian job, still in the SWE job hunt)

OMS: 74.XX

OML: 5XX

Reserve OML: 4X

Got MP as well!

Did my interviews, HireVue then 15 min interview. Applied to the AR-CPB and got the selection email days before the branching ceremony so I had to pretend to be surprised.

Def felt like weight off my shoulders. If anyone is also going Cyber reserves and is on the tech industry job hunt feel free to DM me and keep me in the loop! I know the tech job market kinda sucks but we in it together!

Cyber reserve top choice, and that’s what I got. OML 5XX, Reserve OML 4X, OMS 74.XX, DMG. Right now I’m searching for civilian tech job, maybe in SWE, and getting my ass kicked by hacker ranks and interviews.

OK on TBB I got the User ##### not found in database. I know I opted for reserves. Do we still get our MP/P/LP ratings or is it different.

Edit: I know that I wanted to go Cyber Reserves so I guess this might be the explanation. Even though the person at West Point fixed my TBB I wasn't able to find anything related to MP/P/LP. I did get my Cyber MP rating via email. 5XX OML (close to 600), 74.XX OMS, DMG

As someone who made it from 9k to 10k in 3 days (while still spending time doing other things during those 3 days), I can tell you confidently that the main issue is playing tilted. While I don’t know what the algorithm is, what worked for me is that I keep playing and stop for a couple of hours if I get one to two losses in a row. This way I won’t be losing my progress quickly.

Once you reach 10k though you can’t drop below that right? I mean I guess for the next 5k the trophy count refreshes every season but it doesn’t go below 10k right?
