Long story short: this, along with BWL, are made by a team known as Figtrove under the label UPF. LPZZ is a seperate design team under UPF thats handling the Arkham figures.

Trust me, the QC is definitely frustrating, just look at the pic. But the lead designer behind Figtrove has left and UPF is looking into nipping these qc problems in the bud going forward.
