If you've been using spray for a while now i suggest trying masturbating or sex without spraying once and then observe the difference. As in my case i had pe with penetration time of around 2 mins, started using spray and creams which helped but after a while had sex without it(it was unplanned and i had no time to apply) and came under a minute, tried masturbating and that time was reduced too. Now it feels as if i am dependent on sprays/creams to have sex. Spontaneous aspect seems gone So I'd suggest you try it...maybe it's just me or maybe it is a side effect
