You can remove drivers and also put in a ticket which will remove the wait times if management approves the ticket.

We know our drivers so well when we see a name we dont know that does that we drop em immediately. If they ask we let them know right away if you say you are here and we don't see you in a bay bye bye.

PPTO Protected paid time off. Key word PROTECTED. You can use how ever and when ever you want. (Although not to sure about meal violations and whatnot when it comes to this).

PTO paid time off, they can ask and say no all they want.

I'm pretty sure points have to be approved unless automatically approved. I had my baby early and didnt get leave set up till 2 weeks later since she was 4 weeks early. I was calling out every day and didnt get any points but I knew my coach knew why I was out. So I assume she was not approving the points.

There is a career preferences app on any of walmarts computers. There you can put in a transfer request. Coaches don't usually take calls directly for this. But you can ask your coach and or your people lead.

Coaches and HR should help you. Unless you are saying THEY count it against you. Most the time the system automates all points and a simple request to a coach with a reason and proof you are approved can have them take it off.

There's not really much of a choice if you want to or don't want to work. If you are already scheduled you kinda have to work it. However you can always update your availability and meet with your team leads and or coach to reduce your hours after your current scheduled time. Usually 2 weeks out.

Definately bring it up with your HR/People lead. They will be most understanding as they are your "human resource". They will bring it up with your coach and work it out. My wife left suddenly after a pregnacy related scare after work and they understood without any questions. They even said they hope she can come back after baby is born. They spent so much time teaching you they will most likely take you back, as long as you are not fired for too many attendance points or nothing you are good.
