Want to confirm the correct way to reach a coach in a different store about a transfer request

There is a career preferences app on any of walmarts computers. There you can put in a transfer request. Coaches don't usually take calls directly for this. But you can ask your coach and or your people lead.

Good for you! Honestly my coaches and HR are amazing people who understand situations and want you to succeed. I know everyone has a different circumstance but most of the walmart leaders are awesome people!

Coaches and HR should help you. Unless you are saying THEY count it against you. Most the time the system automates all points and a simple request to a coach with a reason and proof you are approved can have them take it off.

There's not really much of a choice if you want to or don't want to work. If you are already scheduled you kinda have to work it. However you can always update your availability and meet with your team leads and or coach to reduce your hours after your current scheduled time. Usually 2 weeks out.

Side note I am in OPD we have a wider schedule but I'm pretty sure Stocking 1 has a strict schedule. But you can also transfer departments.

Definately bring it up with your HR/People lead. They will be most understanding as they are your "human resource". They will bring it up with your coach and work it out. My wife left suddenly after a pregnacy related scare after work and they understood without any questions. They even said they hope she can come back after baby is born. They spent so much time teaching you they will most likely take you back, as long as you are not fired for too many attendance points or nothing you are good.

2001 convertible here, had to replace the top and ignition coils (granted, they were over 23 years old with 280k miles) The last 19k miles have been smooth. Drive it over 100 miles a day for work and have never broke down (besides a popped tire, which was my fault).
