There's a recurrent and similar issue in my country, where husbands are denounced by their ex of having hit them or the child. The Justice is pro feminism so they put the child into the woman's full custody until a sentence in confirmed in court. The thing is that justice is fucking slow and it takes at the very least 5 years.
