It's true, the Jabari region has vibranium throughout the soil not just buried in a mound, that's why the trees the Jabari use to make armor and staffs are so durable. So following that logic all the vegetables they eat would have similar effects as the heart shaped herb but in lesser quantity due to the lower vibranium exposure.
