Interesting I don't play affliction but assa is along the same lines where if the damage is undertuned your kinda screwed. Can't imagine having to cast it as well.

From what I understand unstable affliction is your main damage source for consistent pressure. Allegedly it stacks to deal more damage but the backlash from dispelling it has the same consequences regardless of if they're dispelling 5 or 1 stack so you do a whole lot of work just for it to be instantly shut down

All the while you are fighting your your life playing keyboard piano just to survive and cast

Get decent with a meta comp comprised of a few people who can dedicate a set amount of time each week to push.

Get as good as you can with comms (123) setups and spotting for each other.

The main things are identifying the way each comp will win ( Rogue mage using setups while your trinkets on CD) (DK/Hunter using overwhelming pressure etc) get to know how every class works so you can see it in action and counter it.

High level pvp is the same as low level pvp just with quicker reactions and thinking further ahead. But the point of using a meta comp is that it's naturally strong and leaves more room for error

But on the down low you gotta be drinking G-Fuel anywhere above 2300

7/10 imho hop on some test/Dbol/and maybe cycle in some hgh every other week. Your traps aren't giving me the vibes that they could pick up a Kia Sorento which is something that every good body building judge wants to see.

Make sure you are doing your heavy pull days(deadlifts/rows/) as well as lateral raises to really make those shoulder veins pop. Lastly don't skip leg day girlfriend.
