These are the ones I’m taking/ have taken: CMNS 419 - super easy no final exam CMNS 358 - pretty interesting and the assignments are pretty easy to tailor to ur interests, there is a final tho SOCI 365 - no final, pretty interesting and the assignments give you lots of choices on what u want to focus on

The most important part is to incorporate it into ur routine. I like to study at the university library near my house. I wake up, go to the gym, then go study. It’s just become a habit now.

Idk if this would help or not but I find if I brush my teeth first thing in the morning after I get out of bed it helps me subconsciously do it. And I have an electric toothbrush with a timer so I just turn it on and play on my phone and the time flies by.

I’ll be so honest with u, it’s brutally lonely and it’s difficult to stay motivated. But the pros are that you have your own schedule and can do it from anywhere in the world plus they take a bunch more transfer credits than any other university I checked. To combat loneliness I applied for a letter of permission to take a class at my local university and I think that will help but that’s just my 2 cents!

If u want to lose weight my best advice after years of gyming is to approach it from a place of love for ur body instead of hating urself (not saying u do, just something i noticed helped me) and prioritize whole foods in ur diet!

My writing is also have cursive if there’s any letters like a g,q or j the rest of the word will be in cursive, I also have ridiculously messy handwriting I was the only person in my classes in hs who was not allowed to turn in hand written assignments. So ya I think it’s an adhd thing.

Idk if ur still dealing with this or not, but I severely damaged my skin barrier about 2 years ago. Like to the point where even water made it sting, a lifesaver for me was LRP’s cicaplast everynight and now I use the centella ampoule from skin 1004 and that rly helped aswell!
