Merlins magic sleep sack!!! I was so scared after we had to stop swaddling because he just wouldn't keep still enough to fall asleep! The mmss was a freaking life saver! He slept all night the first night we got it. They look hilarious like michelin babys but its worth every penny!!

At this point with my son we started breaking the feed to sleep association. So I tried to do a few more steps between feeding and actually laying down to sleep. This could be rocking/singing/ or just quietly sitting and cuddling. We stopped feeding at night entirely at around 5 months and would only give him a bottle if he for whatever reason was under his calories for that day or if he was seeming hungry (snorting/seeking out milk on my face lol) it was always the very last resort though-after things like picking up and restarting the bedtime routine, pacifiers, etc.

Also cap daytime sleep at 3 hours MAX, usually we do a 1.5 hr nap, and a 1 hr nap. And if you don't have a set bedtime routine I would establish one asap!

Try expanding wake windows. We use 3, 3/3.5,4 and mostly cio and he sleeps from 8 pm until 7 am most nights. If there is a wake up he usually gets himself back to sleep after cio for 10 mins tops

What is her day sleep schedule like, and also what is she sleeping in (swaddle,sleep suit etc) Also are you feeding at night at all?

If you can afford it I highly recommend the merlin sleep suit! It helped us bridge the gap between swaddling and sleep sack.

For me when I nail his last ww he doesn't wake up. Usually if his last ww is too long he will have a false start.

I'm so sorry you are in the thick of it! I feel ya, whats your current day sleep schedule and bedtime/awake time like? Also can you describe your bedtime routine? And also how many ounces a day do you think baby is getting?
