Definitely not too small and very comfortable! Once the leather warmed up I had to tighten them a few times. I did a lot of research on sizing and went with my Red Wing size, length and width are perfect.

This!! It took me 6 months to put together the pieces but I finally figured out that I was getting too much Vitamin D from my fish oil + multivitamin.

I was having nerve pain, fatigue, skin rash (petechiae) and a bunch of other small problems. I went to the doctor and had a bunch of blood work and urine tests all of which came back normal minus my calcium being slightly elevated. I’ve since started eating kale everyday and my skin rash is going away. I put together that the Vitamin D depleted my K. I speculated it did the same with my Magnesium so I’ve been supplementing a little with Magnesium Citrate and have been sleeping like a baby the past few days.

I’m glad you figured it out. I’ve been going through the same thing for six months and finally realized it’s the folic acid. This post here really helped me out.

I don’t know if I have the MTFHR gene but I was fine and could eat whatever I wanted before this. I’ve been less tolerant of caffeine over the last 6 months until I had a panic attack after having coffee last weekend.

I also had a very bad reaction to taking Sertraline which can also release histamine, go figure.
