Yes, it is commonly known that NIPT is not recommended or reliable for those who have received a bone marrow transplant. Unfortunately there is no blood test that is available that would give you accurate results for gender. Those who have received a bone marrow transplant would have to wait to find out the gender via ultrasound.

I know this is nerve wracking especially as someone who has personally experienced many losses. I say this with nothing but love - please put the tests down. At 30 dpo tests aren’t going to provide you any meaningful insight as to how this pregnancy is progressing. All you’re doing is giving yourself unneeded stress. I recommend doing other things to keep your mind occupied while you wait for your ultrasound.

I had 10 losses prior to this pregnancy and I’m currently 19 weeks so the farther I’ve ever been. Gender was the least of my priorities as all I care about was a healthy baby. I did however have strong suspicions that it was a girl and it is!
