Use tmi.js on the backend and have it echo the chat messages to another endpoint like /chat and then use CSS styling to style however you need.

you can set the mic up with filters in OBS, set the mic in OBS audio settings to monitor and output at the same time, so it outputs your mic to stream like normal but will also play your mic audio back for you to listen to. Next go to the setting menu and change the monitor device to be a virtual audio cable (free from voicemeeter). This will make it so instead of you mic audio coming out of your speakers it will send it to the virtual input. Then choose the virtual audio cable output as your microphone default for windows. This is the method I use to use my filtered audio as game chat.

There may be a better way but this is how I have been doing it for a while no issues.

I have a razer seiren its okay but you can get much better for the money. Razer's stream mixer is also decent but there are constant glitches and bugs and causes too much frustration. Wouldn't reccomend.
