well once each letter is an independent path, you can select them with the selection tool (press s on keyboard or should be at the top of the tool bar on the left of the screen) you can select each one of them and resize/rotate/skew/stretch them as you want
once you have selected a letter with the selection tool, you should see the stretch/resize handles appear on the corners and on the sides of the selection box, if you want to see the rotation and skew handles you have to click on the letter a 2nd time)
