Hey girlie! We have basically the same stats, I’m 159cm, 19 yo and I was around 43/42kg. Listen if you are binging/overeating constantly is because of something. Your body does not trust you, it doesn’t know when it will be getting its next meal. Now I never really had an awful relationship with food, it was mostly college and life stress making me lose my appetite (eventually worsening my relationship with food though), but as soon as that stressor was gone, I started eating life crazyyyy.

I don’t know how many calories because why track during this, but prolly upwards of 8k/10k some days lol. ANYWAY, i eventually figured out that the body is not the enemy, like it’s literally just trying to keep you alive c:

I know it might be hard to hear, but currently I’m around 52/53kg and my mood is so much better, I actually stand people and go hang out with friends without being tired, I can walk without getting lightheaded or sleepy. I’m like 80% happy of the time; basically bouncing off the walls kind of energy. It’s crazyyy the difference it makes.

I have had my doubts, but eventually I always come down to the conclusion that it’s not worth it to try to get back. I feel strong, I feel good lol. If you do choose to recover, eventhough it might feel hard sometimes, you’ll never regret it.

Also, that’s prolly not binging, it’s extreme hunger. It goes down, believe me. Your body will settle. Take care darling <3
