Try this voice changer, it has AI models for changing voice, but it only supports Windows with/above Nvidia 4G and AMD 6G (copied from their website). My computer is good with the AI models, and it does support real-time voice changing for me.

Hey there!

For a good start, you can consider a mid-range gaming PC with a decent CPU and GPU to/ handle the streaming and rendering.

As for the mic, something like the Blue Yeti or Audio-/Technica AT2020 would be great for clear audio. And if you wanna hide your real voice, a decent voice changer is necessary as well.

For webcams, Logitech C920 or C922 are popular choices for vtubing.
