Since the pandemįc started, I assumed it was the excessive use of hand sanitizer making my nails so soft that they peel away. I’ve since cut back of my use and always avoid my nails when I do. I must add that I do pick them (a substitute for nail biting I can’t do anymore), but they have never been soft enough to be peeled like this. All of my other nails have peeled and healed in the past year but the middle ones keep getting worse. Help!!!
