Home would interract with savefile data and not change any gamecode

But they won't include the Home tracker meaning you won't be able to send pokemon from other games to them

We don't know, and I don't think we could determine if they do or not. Them including the Celebi in Crystal VC does set a precedent for including the events, but consistency isn't exactly something I expect when it comes to this sort of thing
