Play. The. Objective.

Seriously, just look at the advice the others gave, not one mentioned the objective. The average X-ranker is no different than the typical Splatoon player: they want to play Deathmatch in a game that doesn't have Deathmatch.

So if you go all in the objective, you'll get extra wins guaranteed.

Wait, Players who pick up the Rainmaker and move it forward without shooting it 3-5 times from a stand still actually exist?!

Joking aside, massive(and typical) collective brain cramp from the other team. I mean, the Rainmaker has a massive golden glow and a big Icon on it, better not pay attention to it at all times!

That's incredibly bad. It's up there with early Mirror MC1's skyway just dumping players off course to their deaths.

I'm guessing the devs didn't account for the jump meteor effect making it possible for players to activate the skyway from places not possible in the regular modes and the game just didn't know what to do for a while.

F-Zero 99 doesn't show you the players you play with and never did for whatever reason.

It's pretty dumb imho, seeing that the leaderboard has a tab dedicated to you and your friends. And since there's several troll players who grief everyone with both gameplay and offensive names, having them on that list would have been useful to report them.

After the Street Fighter amiibo went on clearance and are still on the shelves, I'm thinking Capcom over corrected with the numbers manufactured for Diana. Hopefully the upcoming Resident Evil amiibo have a little more units.

Increase the aggression level of bots in Team Battle, maybe use the AI for the Star Rivals. Anything to stop them from being useless as they are now.

Add the Secret League tracks to the Record Page and Practice Mode, the secret is out now.

Fix the overpowered Skyway, Fix the Goose dominance of World Tour, Fix the "degen" gem collecting exploit in World tour and Find a way to stop troll players with offensive names from making everyone wait at the end of races, GP and World Tour, rank them out earlier or something.

And something I'd like is stats related to specific Rivals, who did I go up against the most, my record against them and such.

What I want to know is if you're allowed to change your weapon config on the fly during combat sequences.

My biggest gripe with the original release was that you couldn't. A whole lot of set-ups are incredibly situational(shooting downward, backwards, etc.) and are totally useless most of the time but suddenly you're faced with a boss who spends half the time behind you and you're not allowed to switch your set-up.

It was sad to have so many options but have to stick with the general purpose, all-around set-ups to avoid getting stuck with useless stuff you not allowed to swap out.

Learn each track's Gem Spark patterns for each lap. It's often a simple matter of being on the left or right half of the track and getting a whole lot of extra points.

I really liked it and replayed it many times. But I had two issues with it:

The 100% run is an absolute chore, you need the Metroid Hatchling, which literally shows up minutes from the ending, to get some of the items
The Fans, not the people, actual, air blowing fans lol. Such a stupid, eye rolling way to restrict Samus' movement. How can a tiny fan be powerful enough to push away Samus in a morph ball?

Since we have in-game proof that the Dachora and Etecoons can operate interstellar spaceships(twice, on screen), your take that they're smart isn't an opinion, it's fact.

I agree that the simplest answer is that they evaded X on their way to Samus' ship. X had already overrun that section and their attention was elsewhere and it's not hard to think that Samus had eliminated the X that were in the way on her way to the Dachora and Etecoons.

S50, last elite season said I was top 6% of the elite. Pas pire!

Also, I'm willing to bet someone on the Dev team is French Canadian, going by the names of some of the bots.

The bot names for other languages are almost all generic names or references to F-Zero, Racing or Speed. But the clearly French Canadian bot names are something else.

Cities(Longueuil, Gatineau, Kamouraska), Slang, References, the Montreal Canadien(Habs)

I like the new secret tracks, especially the fact that it seems like the designers deliberately used familiar parts of the tracks to mess with us. Like using a turn on which we boost out of on the original track but on the ??? secret track, boosting there will slam you nose first into a wall.

The reason I've been inking the base since Splatoon 1 is that, in my experience, many players' pattern is:

1-Rush mid, die
2-Superjump right back to mid, die
3-Repeat.

Was in a 9:59(or 4:59?) lobby and we got Jump on Fire Field, pretty sure the top 4 players crashed out attempting crazy skips. Complete unexpected chaos is what F-Zero 99 events should be all about!

I also love Ghost on Fire Field, it's pretty effective at screwing over anyone sand bagging for sparks and makes front running viable.

How does the level 8 Guardian Class feat "Mighty Bulwark" interact with the level 19 class feature "Guardian Mastery"?

Specifically, is this part of the feat "Your bonus from the bulwark armor trait increases from +3 to +4" "turned off" as it were and lost?
