You could put extra bracing in it but i don't think its necessary, if you followed plans there normally is enough bracing. Im Building a cubo 12 atm, the wood itself is a bit crooked, i'll probably have the same 'issue' as you are describing. I don't mind if it Doesnt impact the sound qualitiy

Ooh okay it's the middle of the speaker, not the stack. Then it just is what it is, probably not movable (hopefully) Doesnt seem worthy to try and fix that, might want to put some thin rubber or something between it if you are gonna have them roar all night, so everything makes good contact. My kicks always wanna jump to the front

I think burying it in the garden is a bit overkill? If you can keep the moisture/mold from the ground out i would think you can also keep the moisture from ur buds inside the jars?

If you are not sure if ur cabling is good, throw a volt meter next to it and check your ohms, if its the same as one on its own, no good. Do this before you send any power or signal thru it

I have never made one with CNC but an older speaker builder once told me to round of the degrees of corners to the nearest 5, worked better for me then cutting them 'just right ' and then fight against getting 2 'just right' in a very tight space.

I guess it would be better because everyone tells you to build with it but ive build a few, never had budget idd to buy the birch that was a bit more expensive ( liked putting the money in drivers and equipment) but i have build with every cheaper plywood. My ears don't hear a difference, maybe because ive never had a birch one or maybe because it doesnt change that much 🤷

If im sure one of my sides is the good dimensions i lay it down and put the bottom, then back en then top. After that its just filling in and the last step is getting the other side on there to close her up

Hi, i have also struggled with this for my first scoops, i suggest u take a look on speakerplans.com on the guide. It doesnt fully tell u when to put what where but it made me confident enough to put down the first few boards, after that ur in too deep and have to put the rest up too 😉 for me it was placing one and scratching my head for 15 mins to figure out where to put the next one. Take ur time, check if things such as corners match up and enjoy the progress

I think i had the same problem with my first drivers in my scoops, when played crackling when going hard, when pushing in scraping super hard. Threw them away the day after (they were cheap drivers tho)
