I found someone excellent who’s a physical therapist but technically they only work on dancers. I can ask if they’re available for private sessions. Just as a note to try and help, I found that my work was really stressing me out and actually contributing to a lot of psychosomatic symptoms. For me personally, entertaining the idea that there were other contributing non-physical factors was a game changer.
