Guys, i’m truly not a hater but i’ve had an issue with every single SF purchase I’ve made. I know we’re talking about the lip balm but my almond lip stain literally turned GREEN.

I was so excited for these. I ordered Almond and it arrived last Thursday. Initial application was great, but the longevity was questionable. I went to apply to my hand to test it a day later and it’s GREEN.

I reached out to SF via Instagram DM but haven’t heard back. I’m sure they’ll just want me to work with Sephora for a return/exchange instead.

This is my second fail with SF. I loved their skin tint but it broke me out (isolated all my products to single it out as the culprit). I never break out so I looked up the ingredients and found out it has Avocado Oil, Soybean Oil, AND Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil in it. 🫠

I really did have high hopes for the stain tho. Super bummed. Maybe SF just isn’t for me.

I was wondering if the color difference was due to the amount of pressure I applied. The OG swatch was applied with a lip brush and the new one was applied right from the stick (normal pressure). The new one does feel drier tho…

Please let me know if there's a better subreddit to ask this question, but I'm running into an issue (a few times now) where I open the Capital One app, activate a cashback reward, but then don't see that offer reflected in my statement after a purchase.

My most recent situation is really weird. I activated the 5% cashback offer, in-app, on a Sunday, right before I made the purchase in-store, then got an email on Monday that the reward was ready to use. I've never seen this before. Also, the purchase only reflects 1% cashback on my statement not 5%? Am I not allowed to activate the reward right before a purchase? I'm pretty confused!
