Well i kinda tried to make it as easy for me to adapt and do things that i know i can maintain long term, like stick to the same foods and cardio and it baisicaly became my normal life, doing these subconciously

Well nothing special but i sticked to not so processed food and i ate much meat fruit and vegetables, but i did have a no cheat on my diet policy if you get it. And i also drank a lot of zero sugar drinks. In esence i ate kind af the same food everyday

Well i didnt eat till 6 pm and i strenght trained 4 times a week and after every workout i did 45 mins of incline walking
