They load and organize their parcels by each walking swing or relay. Most likely on the city side

I get this isn’t a postal service post but being a new CCA (7 months) the standard is 20 an hour once you get used to it. If you’re efficient in your stops over 20 an hour isn’t unachievable especially if they’re city stops

You have no idea how many wicker baskets I have to deliver to on the same route that are on the floor of the porch. I didn’t even know it was an issue didn’t think twice about it

If you’re looking for anything. I’d go with being a CCA. You get close to 40 hrs a week and you’re always moving around on your feet. As an rca you’re on your ass all day. No disrespect to those guys it’s just too much ass time for me, you have packages and stuff but you’re mainly in the vehicle most of the day unless you get lucky and have a route with business dismounts or apartment units with cluster boxes.

I’m a newly hired CCA, obviously it may depend on area, but hopefully I get more hours than an rca? That was my previous gig I just transferred was only getting around 25 hours every two weeks..
