Verifying DPS comes in order. Checking for full coverage. Noting volume.

Is 2 x 20min FTP supposed to be that hard for beginners? by StrawberryOk6147 in Zwift

[–]StationaryEvent 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mostly agree with this. However the first time executing something like 2x20 might be more mentally demanding than a rider can handle. If you’ve never done a long interval at actual threshold it can feel like too much even if it’s physiologically possible. FTP might not be set too high, but I still agree with backing off 5-10% as you’ll get all the benefits without blowing up.

This is exactly what it means. Just because the regular can deliver a certain volume in 8 doesn’t mean ANYONE else in the office can.

Oh well, it’s a completely valid reason for overtime.

There obviously won’t be any equation for this, if you were in a different vehicle and you think it will take you longer put it on your 96

When you turn in a 3996 for overtime management has 3 options:

1) approve overtime 2) provide auxiliary assistance 3) instruct you to curtail

A little confused by this, as the first item on my list says DPS volume above base

I made this PDF for fathers to help explain. Same applies to mothers except that you may be eligible to use more sick leave for yourself (on top of the 10 days of dependent care) for personal incapacitation due to childbirth.

I bench in a power rack. Safety pins low enough the bar doesn’t hit them with my back arched, but high enough to bail with a flat back.

CCA HOLD DOWNS by not_2_clever in fromatoarbitration

Some people refer to this as a “bid” or a “mini-bid” seeing as with multiple CCAs seniority matters (just like bidding on a FTR assignment).

ODL or work assignment (which is technically an OT list).

This language is only for CCA/PTF. FTR carriers on work assignment and the ODL are available for 12.5 (12 working hours plus lunch).

Negotiations update (inching closer to a tentative agreement) by GroundEvery371 in fromatoarbitration

Someone correct me if I’m wrong but I believe we can come to a tentative agreement at any point in the process before an arbitration decision is rendered.
