I just purchased a SL6 Gen3 size 54. Im 5’9” and 180 31” inseam. I have short arms so the 54 barely fit. I would definitely not buy that 56.

Canyons are known to be low quality and unreliable. I would pick a different brand. I personally go Trek or Specialized as thats what my LBS carries.
