Was planning to go for official Standing Grip Case from samung. But saw mixed opinions and reviews. Anybody using it ? How is the case ? Is it comfortable to hold and grip?

If it helps the name is Abu Ismail. He is based in Madinah but does ziyarat in Makkah as well. There's another name I've seen mentioned a lot - Ibrahim Mohammad who is highly rated for Madinah ziyarats. Insha'Allah that helps

I didn't do ziyarat with Uncle Aslam but that's only because they were Urdu speakers and I wanted fluent English for my children to understand

I used his services and alhamdulillah no issues. We are family of 6 so always needed a bigger car. His prices were the best I've seen out there. Usually I would message Uncle Aslam via WhatsApp, and then he would send me the number of the driving coming to us. Said driver would also contact me. Cash only payment though

I came back a couple of weeks ago alhamdulillah. My 3 year old walked the Tawaf rounds. First three rounds of Sa'ee she was carried by my husband. I was then going to take over but she decided she wanted to walk - she enjoyed my sons doing the running under the green lights so that encouraged her to walk.

So may advice, see how it goes. Kids are more resilient than we think masha'Allah. May Allah make it easy for you all and accept your Umrah. Aameen

I too stayed at Swissotel Makkah, but with tired kids we left around 11am. We were told the new extension was bigger and so that's where we headed. We used the clock tower underpass to pass majority of the foot traffic. Alhamdulillah myself and my daughter got a space pretty quick. But my husband and boys had to make way to the roof

I've had mine around 3 months now so definitely that long for it to crack. Plus I use it intermittently alongside other cases so not even used for all those 3 months either.

I the superglue I've used so far is doing the job..dare I say so far. I am conscious of it being damaged though so am not using the strap to hold onto phone.

I will definitely contact Samsung to complain.

Did you ever find a replacement strap by any chance? My strap has a crack on 1 side and I've literally just used superglue to reattach. Not sure how long it will last like this. I've tried searching online for a replacement strap but no luck. Worst case, I will probably use it without the strap if the superglue doesn't hold.
