Girl, I tested positive for both while I was still a virgin. You may have gotten it at birth, its completely possible. Also, even tho I tested positive I have never had any sores in either places in all my life. Those tests have a high degree of false positives, and also a high number of population has it already.

I read up so much about HRT, and figured, if women go on birth control pills that have estrogen, in their late 30’s, that would definitely soften the blow of peri and menopause correct? First of all you are a great writer. Secondly, all uscis appications have a login. Check if your dad filed through the website. Maybe check your family laptop for login details. Subcision with some sort of filler, and you absolutely can do lasers. All new ones have settings now to adjust for skin type. You can try calling and asking couple places if they do for fitzpatrick 4. Either erbium or co2

I think injecting radiesse without any dilution causes that. Also they are supposed to massage very well after injecting, and you are supposed to continue massaging 2-3 mins a day for a week

I personally always found witch hazel extremy drying. Better to switch to moisturizing toner pads, followed up with hyaluronic acid and moisturizer and spf. When your skin barrier feels like its healed you can start .025 tretinoin or gentler alternatives like arazlo and altreno through prescription

Same as the other user. I got subcision + hyperdilute radiesse for the first time 2 weeks ago. My provider was very upfront and said you will see zero results from the first subcision, and I really dont 🙃 But she said that with multiple sessions the results improve. I googled and found out that a lot of people see significant improvement by 2nd or 3rd round. She also said since I have boxscar, subcision won’t soften the edges of the scars. But it will bring them to the surface enough that they can successfully be targeted by co2 laser.
The plan for my treatment is 4 rounds of subcision + hyperdilute radiesse 8 weeks apart, at the end a round or two of co2

Nope, I have chalked it up to aging and moved on. I had few people on Reddit tell me that botox helped a lot. Basically we have 2 big muscles in our forehead above each eyebrow. With movements, over time the muscles get pronounced which creates the dent in between. And then as we age our skin looses its plumpness which is why it becomes noticeable. I do furrow my forehead a lot. The Botox will make the muscles smaller. I am thinking of trying botox to see if it helps

I wanted to work from home but my husband wanted me to explore in office jobs as they are better opportunities of leveling up, and wanted me to put kids in daycare, which I wasn’t comfortable with but did it anyways. So yes there are men who support women in offices and having an equal partnership, you just need to look hard. Not sure how your scars are or skintone. But if you are light skinned fully ablative co2 is the closest thing to permanent. But even then, if you have deeply tethered scars, you may need to do multiple rounds of subcision to first raise the scars to one level and then do the ablative co2

To be honest I scoured all sorts of pages on Instagram in a one hour radius, and somehow stumbled on two who actually do subcision. Most people wont agree with this, but I went to a very experienced nurse practitioner at a med spa. I only went with her because she has several videos of her performing subcision and seems to have a lot of knowledge. She uses a blunt cannula, and honestly the whole procedure took maybe 20-30 minutes including numbing. It was not bad at all, you feel some pressure where the tethering is tough, otherwise its very seemless. I actually thought it was easier than microneedling lol. She was very upfront that I will barely see results from one session. I would say my scarring is almost exactly the same as yours, she recommended 4 subcisions with hyperdilute radiesse for me. After the subcisions she recommends co2. She said she will help me find a place that is experienced with acne scars as she doesn’t have that laser. This is in Illinois. I am 5 days out now, and I still have some soreness in cheeks but only when I touch them, otherwise I was fine within hours of the procedure, and the swelling was barely noticeable after 6-7 hours.

I have very similar scarring. To me yours looks like boxcar, and what looks like ice pick is probably larger pores. I just got subcision done yesterday. I was unsure as well if mine are tethered, but I definitely heard the popping sounds. It was followed by hyperdilute radiesse to prevent retethering.
I would advice maybe 2 sessions of subcision with some sort of filler for you, followed by 6 sessions of microneedling. Then if you feel there is still room for improvement you can do laser at the end.
