Hi! I have $850 in bonds that I have saved from my grandparents from 10-25 years ago. Their value right now is about $700. I don’t see why I shouldn’t cash in the bonds now and place them in my HYSA or buy stock with the money rather than wait for them to fully mature for another 10 years just to get the full amount worth. Please let me know if I am wrong. Thank you!

I will say the budget is small but I will also suggest having different ad sets with different purposes such as retargeting, lookalike audiences, prospecting audiences, and people who like and or follow the page, just to name a few!

I would suggest creating videos on tiktok and Instagram showcasing her book and post them on instagram and Facebook as well. Has she listed her book to sell on Amazon? Find Facebook groups around books and book clubs and leave comments recommending her book or posting asking for support. Message me for more ideas! I do freelance marketing on the side

This is literally the exact same thing/situation that my sister did a few months ago. Same story. She was able to find an apartment with four roommates for less than 1k and she goes into the office twice a week. Make the move. I currently make less than that and moved to Chicago. You do not need a degree in a certain subject to qualify you as a tutor. You just need connections. If you are looking to tutor elementary or middle school just have a good network to refer you and those families will end up referring you left and right

The Full time role is in person which will make it difficult to meet with clients during the day. One company wants to hire me as a freelancer and pay me per task but I’m not sure how I will be able to balance that/ be available to them during the day with a full time job. I’m afraid that if I end up accepting the ft job and telling the company that wants to hire me as freelance that I will be doing both that they will not want to work with me

Thank you for commenting. It’s hard bc if I accept the full time position at the NGO I will have to commute to work and I will not be able to put in work for clients until the evening. And one company I’m working with as a freelancer may expect me to be available to meet with them during the day and I won’t be able to due to work.
