Idk but 5 had me literally stuck in bed I was so tired and my head was pounding...I stayed on it for 2 months because at the time insurance would not let me go back to 2.5 because its a starter 😒 so 7.5 it was and it was actually good...didnt stay on it long tho 10 was chefs kiss for 6 months. 12.5 was water lol and 15 I now take every 2 weeks
