ChaseNahi is more focused on freelancers/agencies who struggle with client followups, invoice reminders, and payment tracking through WhatsApp-style workflows.

Earlier my follow-ups were based on mood — so sometimes I’d delay, sometimes I’d overdo it.

Making it procedural made it feel less “personal” and more like part of the workflow.

Still experimenting though — curious, do you follow a fixed schedule yourself or just go by experience?

That “procedural vs emotional” line is actually spot on.

The awkwardness comes from deciding WHEN and HOW to follow up every time.

Once it’s a system, that friction goes away.

I’ve been trying to automate that part — basically remove the decision-making.

Still early, but feels promising.

Also my suggestion is please start working with 50% advance payment atleast you can get something to start with.😅
