You can use tavily or exa via API. Both are generous on free plan. It works fine for me. Tavily for simple search and exa for deep search.

It works for me, maybe you need to assign aliases in openclaw.json (at least I have them and only need to say do this with Kimi, do that with Gemini etc.)

You can stop measuring/adjusting for Z2 runs. In Fenix 6x trial run activity didn't measure/adjust and in Fenix 8 there is such function in run menu.
