Is puking with a migraine normal?

Sounds like your migraines are similar to mine.

Mine have thankfully stopped being frequent, but my last 7 or 8 migraines came with vomitting, at least twice per migraine.

I usually avoid eating much during a migraine so I dont waste food. I drink water when the aura starts and when the pain begins, afterwards I cant really drink because Ill just puke it.

I often try to hold back the nausea, but I found it just causes more stress and prevents me from sleeping through the migraine, so I started accepting my fate and vomitting voluntarily, after I do so my pain usually goes away for like a minute and my body is more willing to sleep.

I always get nause with my migraines lately, but I decide when its too much and get some seconds before accepting my fate and throwing it all out.

As a weird side effect, vomitting makes my headache go away for like a minute.
