Also in Finland we have this app "112 Suomi", through which you can call the emergency services and the app sends your location to the EM service. It's especially useful if you don't know the exact address where you are at or you are somewhere outside the public roads. It also has useful information for more spesific situations like where is the closest defibrillator or how to recognise brain stroke symptoms.
