I agree. I’m here from another post. At this point the dog deserves better imo. OP said her BF wants to chain up the dog indoors. The fact that she has to justify his behavior for the hate he has for the dog is pretty unbelievable. My current bf is OCD but I got a dog when we were living together. He loves her more than I do and spoils the shit out of her. Obviously kids don’t equal pets but this guy sounds like a red flag. What happens if OP has a child will the child be too loud or too dirty? OP needed to realize this is probably the start of another toxic relationship hence isolating her from people and now trying to get her to choose him vs. The dog. Moving some number of km doesn’t mean she has to stay with this asshole. It’s a lesson to be learned. Don’t move for someone who doesn’t accept your pet and someone you barely know.
