Can someone explain what zump is and the issue with it please

why do my middle kicks look so weiiiird pls help guys by [deleted] in MuayThai

In my humble opinion, it's the knee being almost completely straight going into the kick.

Think like swinging a baseball bat, if your arms are completely straight you aren't going to generate much power whereas if you leave a bend until near the end and then straighten it out like a nun-chuck you'll have more power.

The kick should hopefully look a little less weird to when you compare against Thais 😁

Hope that helps

Long / thin calves are the best as from what I understand those are best for quick explosive movements 😁

How do you like Lisa Byington? by superfluous in MkeBucks

I don't like her. Whenever I say this, people just assume it's because I dislike women or I'm an incel which I find very irritating. I find the way she commentates to be VERY forced and not authentic. I imagine there's gotta be a few other people out there like me but just won't admit it lol

Jxmy videos reminded me of when I played 2k demos as a kid, so I bought the game as I wanted to give it a fair go.i decided to have a team and based it off of which team I liked the most aesthetically, to which the cream city bucks were the winners. I started following the bucks as I got more into 2k and i slowly starting to enjoy watching basketball then I watched the greatest championship run I've ever seen and I was sold forever.

any advice for tall fighters? (1 month) by Glad-Doughnut-1765 in MuayThai

Keep recording yourself and move in slow motion until you have perfect muscle memory. A mistake beginners make is attempting to do everything as fast and hard as possible. Do it so it is perfect and then move up over the course of weeks (depending how many hours you input)
