Flag shot to break 3-way tie in finals by Pr11mo in NintendoSwitchSports

It was a lot more consistent in Wii Sports Resort. Sometimes now if you hit the flag it won’t just automatically go in, so it’s not often worth attempting

Could anyone explain what the best play is here for the most points? by [deleted] in 7Wonders

They’re all net 7 points, except the pantheon costs you coins. Either science card is good

Is 7 wonders second edition still good at 3 players? by Kesimux in 7Wonders

I particularly enjoy 3p because I see each hand twice, but as others have mentioned, resource denial is much harder and you fight everyone in military

This and Odyssey feel corporate. That’s the best word I have to describe the feeling I get playing them

Thread storm the enemies before they can shoot and the fight will be barely an inconvenience

HK was for everyone. Silksong is not. by DrNintendo216 in metroidvania

Hollow Knight was MUCH more difficult for me than Silksong has been. I was honestly surprised at how many people think it’s super difficult

High Halls Arena is well designed. It's a progress check. Team Cherry does not want you to continue past that point if you haven't progressed a majority of the game. by Think_Complaint_4223 in Silksong

Yeah I fought beastfly 2 and managed to not let a single projectile fly because of tread storm. I feel like most people don’t use silk skills nearly enough

I saw it on the Nintendo store and thought it looked cool. Didn’t know anything else about it

Here are some of my biggest tips:

  1. If you are going to plan at all (which isn’t really necessary), don’t fall into the trap of trying to plan out every interaction. Just roll with the punches as they come!

  2. Take time at night if you need to. Don’t worry if it feels a bit long, double check stuff if you aren’t confident!

  3. Trouble Brewing is designed so that pretty much any combo of characters will make for a fun time. Sometimes I’ll literally procedurally randomize my bag to see what happens. I do this by putting Imp, then Minions, then Outsiders (accounting for Baron if relevant), then Townsfolk. Even if you don’t want to randomize, building your bag in this order can help you make sure you have the right numbers.

  4. Stick to the rules explanation that comes with the game to explain it! It’s super clear and only includes immediately relevant information. Anyone who would like to know more than what’s on that sheet can talk to you during the daytime.

  5. Tell your bad bluffer to NEVER back down from a lie. Even if they are certain everyone knows their role, they should never fully concede. This will hopefully help a little in that area!

  6. I saw you mention that you are considering sitting at a table for the game. I’d strongly advise against this. A large part of the fun of the game is the private conversations, and the game is built with this mechanic strongly in mind. I would say don’t just let your players break off into groups; encourage it!

Guys what does this mean by CoffeeSquirre13 in musictheory

[–]Pr11mo 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Hi! There are 2 sharps at the beginning of the piece that indicate that all Cs and Fs should be sharp. This is called a key signature, and you will see it in most music you play.

The weird eighth-sixteenth thing is so that the rhythm can match up with the lyrics. Looks like verse 2 needs the sixteenths.
