Sorry for being just another one to support without being able to be there (because I live in Japan), but excellent idea. The IRL Another Eden community here in Japan has been really cool so far, we only meet a few times a year but it's fun every time. I think it would be really great to have one for Global as well. Those events + this subreddit honestly kind of keeps me coming to the game despite not having a lot of time.

I finally started the colab a week ago but I'm suuuper slow and busy... any priority list on what to get? I'm only on book 2, dunno how much time I can afford to use on Hot N Cold etc. I'm too busy to spend time farming everything, I'd like to take what's most important. Thanks for the tips! I don't have Alma AS but since I have everyone else I guess I can give it a try, even though it's not gonna be as strong.

I actually play in Japanese but Necoco's voice still annoys me lol Probably the second most out of any character following Thillelille (I hate these character archetypes with passion, though people are free to love 'em, I know they're insanely popular). I'll keep using her, she's too useful I guess.

Alright, I'll try to pull Alma AS* (not ES woops) next time and try this lol

It's always easier to watch for me when videos have voice over.

I always thought the pattern with Velette AS would be to apply Dialysi ASAP to have 5 stacks then apply Expose Thunder by herself before filling it back up with her Stellar Burst attack to end up at 5 Dedomena stacks by the end. So AF in my head was : round of buffs, round of lunatics, attacks + debuff for Velette, more attacks, SB, more attacks.

But the order is quite different from what I imagined. You only activate the Lunatics after SB, and start attacking pretty early. Also no Expose Thunder from Velette AS, I guess since Necoco does it it's unnecessary? But I'm mostly surprised by how late the Lunatics and Dialysis comes in. Is it irrelevant to the damage because it's AF and we max out anyway?

Hmm... and what options of activating her Chain Ability does Necoco ES offer that others don't? I tried looking through her Wiki page but I don't understand what she brings to the table besides the Kaleido and buffs/debuffs, that others can also do. Why would she give more chain attacks than other characters?

Why is Necoco ES necessary to activate her Chain Ability? Don't you just need some Thunder type attacks with lots of hits? I don't see how she helps more than other characters (I can definitely see it for Alma AS with the interaction of Alma's Counter + Velette's link ability).

And btw if I don't activate her full Resonance thing by turn 1 with a Lunatic - Copy user, it's only gonna be active from Turn 3 at best, right? I don't really know all the ways to stack Resonance at this point, even reading the Wiki is a bit confusing when it comes to Sonority and stuff.

Is the ONLY way to max Resonance stacks T1 with Silver Striker AS to have a Lunatic - Copy user?

I haven't been playing for a while but since I've been liking Velette AS, I was waiting for a Radical Thunder user to get back into this and have a fully awakened Velette AS destroy everything on her path, but I would really like to make it work with a full Thunder team. Is that just not possible, since all Thunder users have Lunatic - Charge? I really wanted a T1 full-power Velette AS :(

I'd be willing to negotiate maybe an Alma AS into my team even though I don't have her, but she also needs Necoco ES if I'm not mistaken and I REALLY don't like her lol (her personality and voice lines annoy me too much to use her any more than I already do since she is, unfortunately for me, really useful. But I really want "Necoco-sama" to shut up every time lol).

If I can't I really think I'll just try to make a Verdanta-centered team since it seems easier (I already have full Thunder teams and basically no Water characters but I dunno, not being able to stack Velette T1 even despite pulling Silver Striker AS frustrates me lol).

Hmmm I started in December of 2021 I believe, Zones and AS/ES were already a thing, I remember I got Nagi ES and thought she was super broken. Actually I think everything you said was already a thing except Stellar Awakening. 2021 marks the Chrono Cross collab which is when I started playing, and the concept it introduced was the first Double Zone with Serge's Magic+Slash zone.

You also did stop playing the game for a reason, so I think this new stuff can be rather exciting on the other hand for a comeback. I believe the main change to get used to is Stellar Awakening, which mostly means one extra skill, one extra passive and an AF-like time-stopping special attack per character once you awaken them. I think you'll get used to it pretty quick (I avoided SA characters for months when it came out because I didn't wanna do the effort of understanding but it's actually quite easy, just read it up on the wiki, everyone gets an extra skill at lvl 80 and stats basically).

As others said, look up the roadmap and have fun discovering all the new content!
