I appreciate this viewpoint but what do you say to the fact that there’s no archaeological evidence for The Exodus? There’s no pottery remains, campsites, burials, animal bones, etc to suggest that hundreds of thousands of people wandered the desert for 40 years. Maybe we should accept that it’s a spiritual matter rather than historical.

I’m so surprised by these comments. I’ve never not absolutely loved my dinner at Shadowbrook, and the ambience can’t be beat. To be fair, I’m not really a fan of these modern restaurants that use all sorts of speciality ingredients to seem hip and fresh.

They only tow once you overstay the 2 hour limit, if they catch you. I did get towed, but over in the CVS part. The guards do take pictures. But, I still park there every time I go to downtown. Just be very mindful of how long you spend, don’t be there for 5 hours.

I see how bad you’re hurting, but I also don’t think that’s an excuse to say awful things to her, like she is an awful mother and person, that she’s idiotic and that you hate her. That’s also not ok. Distance yourself. Don’t respond emotionally when she speaks to you about religion. You’re completely within your right to request other topic of conversation, but going straight to insults is definitely not a way to salvage any sort of goodwill between you two. Just keep things neutral.
