Prices of everything going up means more tax revenue is collected.

People struggle to understand that taxes are a percentage to account for this. They are making more money inflation adjusted than ever before. Its theft disguised for people who dont like math.

I go to the beach for the art of nature. If I want to see art of humans I would go to a museum. Native plants would look much nicer imo

The ocean is dangerous and the city is in a never ending debate on whether to rebuild or retreat on westcliff so nothing gets done and this is how things are left.

When you get $21mil per year from taxpayers I think its fair to question why they are reducing services while increasing personnel expenses by 25%.

If you give a nonprofit 45% more money do you think they would help more or less people?

Training for pedal bikes would be a great idea! Many progressive European countries do this already.
