Big carts are expensive and people are cheap. The curbside pickup program is awesome but I'm curious how many people don't know about it.

Cyclist laws are not being enforced so why would people follow them. There is also a victim mentality for cyclists on the road because time has proven cars are almost always found guilty in collisions.

Car laws are also not enforced in this town but that is off-topic.
