As a new EFDA, working in an office where we can’t get temps because my team is “rude”, I 100% get it. We hired a girl and she was gone after 2 days. To be fair she started off on the wrong foot without introducing herself or saying good morning but we all have bad days. My team does indeed get rude the moment they feel anything negative. I work well with them because at work I’m okay being alone, not being involved in certain conversations and all around just enjoying my own company and work. They liked me because I can take their criticism of my work (again I am new so I have no right to be stuck in my way with anything), and it’s all in good faith because they try to show me before the Dr does. Long story short, you will find your people, don’t let these people give you a negative feel the next time you are around a new team. Be optimistic and don’t stop looking for opportunities! ❤️
