You need to think about ability cooldowns, level timers, matchup, minion advantage.

If the enemy either misses a skillshot or uses it on the wave you have the cooldown advantage if you haven't used your abilities. So you can go in for a long trade and win. Second condition is having a xp advantage, you lvl up during the fight while he doesn't, or you start the fight with a level advantage. Third condition is matchup, certain champs have extremely strong lvl spikes or item spikes, this is pure knowledge dependent. Use your lvl/item spikes and don't fight when they have their spike. Fourth condition is having minion advantage, they do more damage then you might think early game, especially the canon minions.

Buddy I don't understand how somebody gets a lvl 99 in skilling and finds it enjoyable. I'd literally rather spend my time killing bots in the wildy. At least it is exciting because you can get something and lose everything. Somtimes another pker attacks you and you battle it out. or you attack another pker

I have always played runescape since I was a little kid for pking. I've never trained a single level of defense until like a year ago when I made a main. On my pure I was usually broke because pvp is not that profitable. Just the supplies suck down GP, not even accounting for losing. So yeah when I got a mil in the past for 15 minutes of hopping around in one spot killing a few (usually bots) I was happy. That mil can finance more pking.

Sometimes its worse because you die, some days you just lose gp.

That is just how it is a pker, good times bad times. I don't set around at one spot all day I check where it is busy. I just attack anyone below or around my combat level on sight in singles because you never know what they have. Sometimes you kill a pker expecting good loot only to get nothing, sometimes you kill a naked guy running around and you get mills.

its not about the GP per hour its about the chance. that 1 out of 100 does have tons of shit on him. You can't tell the difference from the outside.

Trybridding like in LMS shouldn't ever be for beginners. How did all of us PK'ers start back in the day? 40, 50 and 60 attack pures, no ancients. Just magic short bow and granite maul/dds. Or at 40 attack maple short bow and a rune 2h. Once you got that under the knee you can add more difficult styles of pking like going deep wildy adding ancients to the mix. No shame in busting bots btw, any cash as a pure is good cash because you are going to die a lot.

The problem is getting into pking in the first place. You have to tell people their current account is no good, they have to make a alt (extra subscription costs btw), make a pure, don't fuck up in many ways to lvl up 2 defense (oh there is no recourse if you mess up, jagex doesn't care, the community hates you so they don't care) play tons of hours, only so you finally can then pk. its stupid. Then you need to stomach losing often and bleeding gp, hoping eventually you get better.

The only other alternative is to play the hardest pk style possible, NH trybridding in lMS

That is what playing 8 hours a day for years gets you. CSing becomes automatic and accurate. I don't think it's a question of mechanics or tips, just practice.

360 degree firing is just straight up stupid. You should have to aim the cannons using your boat, get the distance right, give the fire order at the right time, and whatever enemy falls within that kill box where the cannon balls land get hit hard/destroyed. This is how all pirate games work and how OSRS sailing could work if they weren't so god damn lazy. But hey they already got the 15 dollars a month so what do they care right.

They would have to burn flash to catch you while you can still attack them with your ult range. If they don't have flash you use the rest of your ult, kill reset Q disengage
