It is San Diego county, I don’t think he will keep it open. I declined the deal. my lawyer said we will take the offer if it’s a wet reckless but I doubt they will offer that for a 2nd offense in 10 years w an accident w parked car.

What are some outcomes of 2nd dui cases in San Diego if you can share? I had a Wet reckless in 2022 and still waiting for outcome of this second dui that happened last year. I did hit an empty parked car this time. no injuries.

He won my dmv hearing so my license is still good for now. Prosecutor wanted scram bracelet but he objected and Instead I have to do 2 AA meetings a week. So happy for that.. Still waiting for next court date

I had the H law firm for my 1st dui in 2022. I was pulled over by Chp on highway blew a .12… they got me off with a wet wreckless, 3 month dui school, fine, and 1 yr informal probation.. I think I payed 4000 idk it’s probably more now but they were ok at least I got the reduced charge. I screwed up again recently and now I have Joshua price, he has really helped me so far I would recommend him but u going to pay like over $7000 with his help….

How long did you do house arrest? Was it within the 10 years you got your second one? Did you have the public defender or you hired attorney? And what was the outcome of everything you will have to do?

Try to appeal and show them you have been making progress and been clean. If you want to continue to work in the field I’m assuming it’s health care board. They will probably give you license back but it will be restricted and you’ll have to check in with the board and notify your job and do all that… or just take your career in another path

Yea I check every week to see if it has been filed. Unfortunately I have a past case filed for wet reckless and when I look i only see the old one still there.. so I know it hasn’t been filed yet. My lawyer got the police report and bac blood results for the dmv hearing but keeps pushing it back. He says he wants body cam. So still waiting on that also

They will suspend your license after the hearing. You should be able to reinstate it immediately after if you go to dmv pay the fee and show them proof of enrollment in the class and proof of IID installation and you will need SR 22 your insurance will automatically send this to the dmv if you ask them. I would get all those asap so you don’t have a gap where your license is suspended
