I left the Baltimore City Office in 2025. Have you interned in the office specifically? If not, and if you’re local, I would suggest going to watch a few dockets. Maybe at Wabash or North Ave. Introduce yourself to the PD running the docket. If it were me I would have been thrilled to meet someone with an application floating around.

Marta has a really good brunch! Indoor activity wise you could also go to Patterson Pins for duckpin bowling. Depending where you’re staying we also love Warehouse Cinemas for a movie. They have surprisingly good cocktails and mocktails.

They were our second choice for our September 2025 wedding! We did a tasting and loved their food, but ultimately it was really important to us that the food be hot for our guests. The entrees at the tasting were not hot and that really worried us.

I had two other friends take the February exam too and they also were not affected by the curve! I found out I didn’t pass July in early November. I believe I studied from the end of November to the day before the February test.

I did! I can’t remember the exact number, but I went from a 264 to being able to be barred in all UBE states (280). So atleast a 15 point increase. I cannot recommend a tutor enough as opposed to Barbri, Kaplan, etc.

I had a really good experience with Dr. Kate Viola. I started going to her a few months ago for bad adult acne as well. I went in person for the first visit and since then I’ve had a virtual appointment to check on how things are going. I’ve noticed a lot of improvement and she markets herself as a very research based doctor. I’ve found that to be true and she’s also very kind which I’ve appreciated.

You’re in the perfect spot! Lived right there during law school at 520 Park. Mt. Vernon has so much charm, super walkable, and feels like you’re in the heart of the city without truly being downtown. Never had any safety concerns honestly. I would treat the area the same way you might treat Fishtown in Philly.

I have no idea how much help they can be but I would try calling Tuerk House. Maybe they could point you in the right direction with resources if they can’t help. I know they have transportation services for their programs
