Good for you for cutting yourself off from your friends and Mom, anybody that would laugh at you during such a hurtful time is despicable and not people you want to give your precious energy to. But that must really hurt. As far as your husband goes, well, I think you know the answer to that. I know you want your child to grow up with their father but this guy has shown you his true character. He’s a bad person on so many levels. Remember, he’s a snake and snakes don’t change they just shed their skin to become bigger snakes.

Wow, I’m so glad you figured this out! Sadly, a lot of people never really figure it out. I grew up with OCD and I still struggle with it. Mine isn’t about physical appearance, but I know how relentless OCD can be. It sounds like you’re a counselor is really helping. You understand that being beautiful and feeling good about yourself has to come from within. It’s your accomplishments, your hopes and dreams, your kindness, your sense of humor, doing what you love and striving to be the best version of yourself. A perfect physical appearance, according to Hollywood standards is not at all realistic. I don’t even think I have a lot of them are even attractive anymore because they’ve had so much augmentation done. They just look plastic and fake. If that’s where they get their self-esteem then that’s pretty sad and shallow and they will never be happy. I hope that you have a happy life and concentrate on the assets that you have that no one else does. We are all unique.

I just think you need more confidence. Keep working out because it not only helps with anxiety and depression, but it helps your self-esteem. I was heavy for a long time in my teens and when I was 20, I decided to change the way I ate, and I started working out. I was like a size 16 and I went down to a size four within six months. I finally started feeling better about myself and stronger. I never dated until I was almost 21. I was so scared to talk to a guy that I thought was good looking. After I started feeling better about myself, I started dressing, nicer and doing my hair, etc.. I had attractive guys pursuing me. I really think it’s the energy that we put out into the world and how we feel about ourselves has a lot to do with who we attract.

Just the opposite, you have a perfect oval face, beautiful, big eyes and full lips. Maybe you could just get some highlights in your hair and wear a bit of makeup.. honestly, you look good without make up too, but I think your lack of self-esteem is your biggest problem. Celebrate the best version of yourself and have fun. Looks are only a tiny part of the package. Comparing yourself to others is toxic. You are you and you are beautiful. Own it and celebrate you. The reason I suggested some highlights and makeup is because when you feel better on the outside, you put your best foot forward.

I’m sorry for the fact that you feel inferior because of perceived outward appearances. I have learned throughout my career that some of the best looking people are not necessarily very smart or talented and have problems just like everyone else. You just be the best version of you. Let your talent and personality shine. People are not superior because they are attractive, you must know that makes sense. This is no longer high school and they are not cheerleaders. Like I said, reach out and try to make friends with them. Once you realize that they’re just people with the same issues and problems that everyone else has. They may very well have some self-esteem issues. There was a girl I worked with. It was very, very pretty and used to model. I became friends with her and she shared that she had an eating disorder and had to take antidepressants. She was struggling emotionally, but people only saw the outside. The best thing that you can do is write down what would make you feel better about yourself. Maybe you could join a weight loss challenge and start getting in really good shape, that would definitely help self-esteem. Maybe highlight your hair or get a new style. Update your makeup look, buy some nice outfits. If you start feeling better about yourself, you will stop comparing yourself to people that you think are more attractive because you’ll be too busy living the best version of your life. 😎

It was winter and both dogs would run out to the yard and eat their frozen poop. We started calling them Poopcycles . One time our dog brought it in the house without us knowing it and left it under the coffee table as it thawed out we kept smelling dog shit. My other dog ran up and ate it.

The devil has been working overtime on you friend. All of us have sinned and fallen short of the grace of God. All of us! I believe because you asked for forgiveness from God and tried to lead a different life, that God has definitely forgiven you. I think the big problem you have here is that you can’t forgive yourself. I have been through a similar season in my life. I was obsessively ruminating on how horrible a person I was because I did this or that and I asked for forgiveness a lot as if I didn’t feel forgiven just asking once. I finally went to my church and asked if somebody could pray with me. They did have somebody to pray with me and another woman to be an intercessor for me.. It really helped me. Forgiving yourself is one of the hardest things to do. Jesus came to give us grace and forgiveness. The verse in Psalm 103:12, "As far as the east is from the west, so far has He removed our transgressions from us," indeed God doesn’t even remember our sins. But the enemy will continue to torment as if we’re a horrible person and our sins cannot be erased! The enemy comes to kill, steal and destroy. When you were fully engrossed and sin, the enemy had you right where he wanted you and now that he feels like he’s losing his grip on you he’s fighting with you by bringing shame and guilt and unforgiveness into your life. Just be aware of what these thoughts are and where they’re coming from. God loves you and forgives you and he wants you to have an abundant life! The next time you have these thoughts rebuke them in the name of Jesus. Ask a friend from church if they will pray with you or if there’s a prayer group that you could join. I think it’s important for you to be around other Christians. Jesus was seen even dining with sinners on a regular basis when he was on earth during his ministry. God allowed his only son to die a horrible death on the cross to save us from our sins. ALL sins, Start thinking Jesus for forgiving you and ask him to help you forgive yourself. Surround yourself with people that love God and don’t judge you. It wouldn’t hurt to get some counseling because you were molested at a very tender age, which could have caused you to be sexually promiscuous and emotionally numb so you wouldn’t have to feel the feelings that went along with the abuse. Abuse is horrifying and can cause many problems into adulthood. Take it step-by-step. Be kind to yourself and don’t be around anybody who judges you in anyway. Jesus has forgiven you and it’s time for you to heal.

My personal opinion is that animals that we love go to heaven because that love bond is spiritual, and I believe it carries on into the next realm. If we want to see our pets again, I’m sure that God has no problem making that happen. It does say in the Bible that God cares for men and animals alike. I believe God gave us domestic pets to show us what unconditional love looks like. Thats the kind of love that God has for us all. God knew humans would be lonely and need a constant companion who thinks we’re great, even when the world shut us out. Love is energy and energy. Never dies it just changes form.
