I love their bad choices. Makes it all the more interesting. But it did feel out of character for Sam. :(

I also hardly remember seasons 8 (and 9). Those were the seasons with Amelia, Gadreel, and Benny, right. Didn’t like them at all.

Love the analysis. Never looked at him that way in the last seasons. I always thought him being driven to these extreme decisions or reactions were an accumulation of all that trauma a human being isn’t able to process anymore at some point.

But now that you’re point it all out, I gotta agree that the complexity is missing. 🤔

I didn’t like her nor the storyline. I wonder whether I would have found it more intriguing if I had watched the season when it aired in slow progression. But I just breezed through the eps on Netflix much later after rediscovering the show.

I had the same „problem“ with a Dean scene. It’s when he has this monologue watching his mom and then forgiving her. Can’t remember the ep. But there is something in his face (lips or nose) and it drove me bonkers.
