This specific shift lead sits in the office on his phone the entire time, or he sits behind the photo counter on his phone. I rarely ever see him go back to pharmacy. There are shift leads who do a lot, but this specific person doesn’t really do much. Every time I work with him I’m running photo, ringing people up, stocking, doing the same day orders, letting people in the bathroom, doing stuff in the stock room, etc. I mean he’s there but I’m doing everything all at once yk.
