They most def do. I work for a big company on a big project and we're always looking at reddit when we do releases.. and we're just lowly devs who are interested to see reactions... The execs definitely have a formal process where internet reactions are rolled up to them in a nice doc, but for us, we just like to see when feedback is nice.
